Who is Kermit the Frog?
Kermit the Frog is a fictional character and the most well-known member of the Muppet cast created and originally voiced by Jim Henson. He is a green frog who is the main protagonist in the Muppet Show, movies and other media related to the Muppets. Kermit is known for his signature catchphrase “It’s not easy being green” and is a symbol of Henson’s work and the Muppet franchise. He is also a cultural icon and is known for his likable personality, optimism and his role as a host, performer and straight man to the other zany Muppet characters.
