Reports have surfaced today that Disney has filed plans to build a new 700-room, 4-diamond luxury hotel at Disneyland in California. This would be Disney’s fourth hotel on the property and first in 20 years.

According to the OC Register, the new, currently un-themed, hotel would include a parking structure and would sit at 1401 Disneyland Drive in what is currently the Downtown Disney parking lot.
