Disney Announces TV Premiere Date For Freaky Friday Musical

Having been remade a number of times already for both the big screen and TV, Disney is taking a bit of a different approach in re-telling the Freaky Friday story this summer. On August 10th, Disney will be presenting the classic body-swapping tale as a made-for-TV Freaky Friday musical.

The Disney Channel Original Movie will premiere at 8:00 p.m. on Disney Channel and 12:01 a.m. on DisneyNOW and Disney Channel VOD.

The premiere date was announced today on the Oh My Disney blog.
