“Let’s Get Together” is a song from the 1961 Disney film “The Parent Trap,” starring Hayley Mills. The song was written by Richard M. Sherman and Robert B. Sherman, who also composed the film’s score.
In the film, the song is performed by Hayley Mills, who plays twin sisters Susan and Sharon. The two girls meet for the first time at a summer camp and discover that they are sisters. In an effort to bring their estranged parents back together, they sing “Let’s Get Together” as a duet at a campfire gathering.
